WOAR volunteers answer our twenty-four hour hotline and provide information and support for victim/survivors both in the hospital emergency room and at court. Volunteers also represent WOAR in the community as public speakers. Individuals interested in volunteering with WOAR complete a comprehensive forty-hour training on sexual assault crisis counseling.
The next Sexual Assault Counselor training will be in March 2008. An orientation and interview session will be held on Monday February 25, 2008 at 6:00pm.
